so being young i thought i would try do my deliverys online as one it was cheaper than royal mail an two i just didnt want to go out into the cold.
Yodel was there with the cheapest prices but i couldnt fathom how to do two packages to two different addresses (this is def something you could update an easier way!!) then i saw the amazing help button and the amazing Catherine Corless came to my rescue (she even calls herself superwoman!!)
She done everything i need in a few minutes and now i havent had to go out into the cold i can stay in doors well thats until its time to pick the kids up.
Thanks for amazing customer service ive found my new royal mail!!!
A "Very" well known catalogue company posted a large parcel to me using these bunch of cowboys, if I had known prior I wouldn't have bought the item as I have had dealings with this pretend delivery company in the past. The "Very" big catalogue company posted to my correct address however XL decided that they were far better off sending the parcel to a street with the same name but a different postcode that was about 20 miles away from my house. When I contacted XL I was told that this wasn't their problem and if I wanted the parcel I could either drive the 20 miles to collect it or contact the "Very" big catalogue company to arrange redelivery!
Please, take notice of the bad reviews on here and avoid this plastic bunch of cowboys at all costs.
This company is horrendous, they take ages to deliver parcels even though they have them in their possession! No one answers the phones! Absolute disgrace, so much so i hope the recession bites them hard next and they go bust, we would all be better off without them!
I'm not usually the type to write reviews I'm actually a very patent person but in this case I'm fuming!! I have spent more money on calls than the value of the parcel to yodel and very trying to track my order and still have no idea where it is, the online tracker is useless! I have waited in a whole week for my items an am still waiting! The tracker said unable to deliver as no one was home that's rubbish I waited in all day on the arranged date and no card was left!! I have called an called sat on hold for hours and still no answers on where my parcel is!! I would NEVER recommend yodel and will avoid using anyone who uses yodel for delivery service in the future!!!
