I have had 2 appointments for engineer to come for faulty line, both times no engineer but if you are not in when engineer calls you are charged £90.I called to enquire again why engineer did not turn up for a second time I was told they would inquire why engineer did not turn up and call me back, they have not called back and I am now going to have to call again from my mobile as my house phone/line has not been working for 2 weeks. Terrible company stay clear.
Very devious company to deal with. Wish I'd seen this review site sooner.
I contacted ofcom, they are aware of these people and as of January 2012 they are now required to contact people regarding rolling contracts. This doesn't help the poor sods they've ripped off already. Back in August 2007 they breached Ofcom's amended General Condition requiring calls to 03 numbers to be charged at 01/02 rates.

NOT HAPPY WITH THEM> SERVICE IS RUBBISH< THEY HAVE A ROLL OVER CONTRACT SO BE SURE TO CANCEL 28 DAYS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE CONTRACT TERM UNLESS U WANT TO BE WITH THEM ANOTHER YEAR
