DO NOT USE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I ordered from yourimageoncanvas 3 weeks before Christmas I ordered three pictures and paid for them at the same time as order it said 7-14 days which was ok I would at least get them for Christmas, All 3 were of the same size and of my Grandchildren and a Christmas present for my daughter, THEY ALL ARRIVED LAST WEEK all on different days and the last one the wrong size you can imagine my disappointment not only were they well over due then the last one was the wrong size, I had contacted them and was given some excuse and told they were on the way, WRONG this firm are out to make a quick buck and to hell with people who have to wait they are a very sorry bunch who when it came to it could not handle the pressure USELESS is the only word.

NEVER EVER USE THEM

I am pro tog and gave the voucher on groupon a try.. they are rude, slow, useless and do not deserve your hard earned money..try Orbit print..amazing I am a self employed photographer not an employee of Orbit I just want good service to go noticed and these cowboys to go bust..in a nutshell..slow, rude and low quality

poor customer service

My canvas took 4 weeks to arrive and when it did, the packaging consisted of 1 layer of bubble wrap and 1 thin plastic envelope. Not surprisingly, the canvas was damaged in the postal system, and I have been trying to sort this out for the last 6 weeks - with no result yet. Definitely not happy and would not recommend this company.

never ever use this site.

they have terrible turn around times only answer the phones three days a week from 9 until 12 it is a service run by incompetent staff you are better off using photobox and never having to deal with these morons. print quality is awful. postage speed is awful and upon a request for a refund they try to make it look like it is my fault. no customer care and terrible to talk to on the phone always never the right person on the end of the phone told my girlfriend multiple times id get a refund a week later and still nothing. take your business elsewhere.

Appalling service just look at facebook and twitter accounts for the feedback

Ordered and given 21day max turnaround time. A month later no delivery so I raise a query on their website to which I get a response saying I will get a reply in 5 working days as they are busy. No reply so chased and get the same response.

I then post negative comment with a link to online review site with hundreds of negative reviews. Within 10 minutes the post was removed, I was blocked and I receive and email simply saying my order is updated to urgent.

They want you to phone as it is premium rate and it seems they only fulfil orders to people who chase them through twitter and Facebook.

Scammers who have changed the name of their company a number of times.

Totally disorganised, with in competent staff !!!!!!!

I ordered a canvas in November,( through the Wowcher voucher scheme) for a Christmas present for a friend, it was a photo of her dog, as I am a silver surfer, I could n't get the photo on to my computer to download, so I phoned the company to see if I could send the photo to them, which they said would be OK. This I did, sending the photo, the wowcher voucher, and a letter asking them to confirm receipt.
I did not get a reply, so I phoned them, I eventually spoke to some one who could not give me any information as she was new, but promised some one would ring me back. this did not happen.
I continued to phone and e-mail them, throughout November and December, I was assured my order was being processed, but Christmas arrived, and the canvas did not. In January I was told again it was 'being processed' but I was going on holiday so did not want the canvas to be left outside, and so when they said delivery would be 21 days, I lost patience and cancelled the order. I did not get my friends photo back, so I was totally embarrassed. It cost me a small fortune in phone calls, so it was a dead loss. I have had lots of Wowchers, and they have always been OK. I think this company could not deal with the high volume of trade generated by these promotions.
