Awesome customer service skills. I called in thinking this would be a hard issue to fix. Jeff made me feel as my needs were top priority! He even went over the call of duty and called my cell phone just to clarify for me. I would recommend all of my colleagues just because this customer service was superb!

I have been having issues with ZipRecruiter for about a month. I had reached out customer help to resolve the issues and never really got anywhere. I called and spoke with Seirra and not only did she fix the issues, she was extremely helpful while doing it. She is the reason I will continue to be a customer.
I had the worst experience with ZipRecruiter. They decided to create another account using my facebook information, which then linked to my LinkedIn Account. This prevented me from being able to Link to LinkedIn account from my primary ZipRecruiter account. When I asked them to correct it, after trying to unlink and close the duplicated account. They replied and said they aren't in control of LinkedIn issues, and proceeded by deleting my primary account instead of the old one. Way to go, ZipRecruiter for such Terrible Service.
