Best offer for iPhone
After searching recycle phone companies, I was told about zoom fish, I was surprised that I got £140 for my iPhone 4, as other companies had offered no where need that offer, but that's exactly what I received from zoom fish, the same day that they received my iPhone. All I can say, what a fantastic company. They give you the offer and once they receive the phone, it's that offer that is put in the bank, not like other companies, that find something wrong with your phone and reduce the amount (btw, there was nothing wrong with my phone, but I have had that problem before in the past). They stick to what they say, will definitely use again and recommend to everyone I know.

I searched a number of websites who offered to buy my iPhone but I finally settled on 'Zoomfish' because they offered the best price. They were very efficient & promptly sent my money by the preferred method (cheque). I would recommend Zoomfish to anyone contemplating selling a phone, iPad, iPod etc

Best Price Out There And Easy Transaction
I experienced very quick service after having shopped around the various sites for a good price on my old iphone, Zoom fish gave the best price and it took little time for them to process payment having received the goods. Very impressed and pleased I went with Zoom fish, what a great way to recycle your electronics. Highly recommend.

i received the best price with ZoomFish, although i was a bit wary as id never heard of the company before - but i read some reviews which put my mind at rest. (which is why im doing a review myself, for others to read). the whole process was fast, easy and just brilliant. i was kept informed of progress and money paid into my bank very quickly.

A Company you can Trust
These days there are so many companies out there who offer great deals. I was pretty nervous selling my iPhone 4S this way as the majority do not deliver what is promised.
Zoom Fish do!
Great communications throughout and promt payment.
Will use again and will not hesitate to reccomend.

Fantastic Customer Service - Does exactly what promised ! ! !
Went on-line for a quote to sell my I phone 4 s - Zoomfish offered the best price, and although I had not used them before I though I would give them a try - I couldn't be happier - posted the handset on a Wednesday afternoon - funds were in my account 24 hours later - regular e-mails to advise once handset had been received, checked etc, all in all an excellent company who I would definitley recommend & would certainly have no hesitations to use in the future - also Zoomfish were offering £25 more for my handset than any other comapany I tried - Win Win situation for me!!! Perfectly fine. Very happy
I was a bit scepitcal as is not a well known company. Orignailly was going to choose a well know compnay but decided to give them a try. Packaging arrived very quickly, decided to pay for special delivery, received full payment the same day. Completely restored my faith in less known companies. Would definately use them again.

Refreshingly good company !
Posted my phone thursday 4pm, got an email 10am friday to say had been received, money in my account later that day. Emails all the time to keep me up to date. Price paid as agreed, even though latest price on website had dropped.

Fab company!!!

Fantastic way to put my old phone to good use
Instead of putting my old phone into a draw and forgetting about it. I thought I'd give zoom fish a try. It was so easy and straight forward. No hassle and they gave me what they quoted and payment was in the same day. First class service will use again.

fast reliable and customer centric recycling company
Sold my iPhone got by far the best price for it out of all the recycling companies. Ordered packaging on Saturday evening, received on Tuesday and sent phone same day and funds were in my account on a Wednesday. Great communication will use again!

Brilliant service!
I decided to sell my iPad, found by far the best price on ZoomFish, packaged it up and printed off the label the same day, sent it that afternoon and the money was in my account less than 24 hours later!

Absolutely first class service - and best price for my iPhone 4 out there!
As it says on the tin really! ZoomFish provided me with the best price for my iPhone 4 (16GB) compared to all others in this market area. I went for the option where they sent me the envelope - although I did still have to pay postage, but that was only because I wanted peace of mind that the phone would be insured for its full value just in case. I got an email the morning that my phone arrived to say it had arrived, and that it was now being tested. I've sold phones like this before, and ZoomFish were the only ones that provided this service. This was good to know, and a few hours later the full money promised was in my account, and I also received another email confirming this. All in all, perfect service with a great end result - the best price for my phone! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Good, Honest Service.
Sent off my second hand I Phone 4 16gb. The website offered a good competitive price, the bag & instructions came within 2-3 working days & the money was credited 1-2 days of them receiving the phone. Emails were sent to me informing me of updates/stages & the service was simple & good. Would use again/highly recommend.

Absolutely AVOID, unless you have all the proof your phone was working before sending it to them!
Avoid this company, I sent my phone. Perfectly working with protection cover back and on screen. I did disagree their final quote. I receive the phone back today. It was not in the condition I sent it too them! It is not working anymore. Poor consumer service, unable to take responsibility, bad communication. One word: AVOID!!!!!!!!

Effortless and fast service A+++++
Would recommend this to anyone selling there phone gave me the best price online and was so fast contacted the site on the Wednesday then got the prepaid envelope on the Thursday, sent the phone that day and had the money in my account on the Friday cant beat a fantastic service like this.

Fast Efficient Excellent Service Exceeded Expectation
After careful review and looking for best price for my old iPhone the ZoomFish Team Gadget team came up tops, not only with best trade in price but on speed and service. With internet deals there is always an element of doubt about quote matching payment , so I was really impressed when the packaging arrived the day after getting an on-line quote, followed by a confirmation of receipt and payment all within 3/4 days.
I rarely take the time to recommend or to give feedback but ZoomFish excelled in every way so 5 * for price service and efficiency is easy to score and encourage others to use their service.
Also.......
ZoomFish gave a much better price than a high street service provider had given on my wife's iPhone just a week earlier and paid up much faster, I wished I had found this company before!

The BEST gadget recycle company around!
ZoomFish are fantastic! They gave me the best quote around for my ipad 3 (£60 more than all other companies I looked at!) - they also gave me extra money for liking them on facebook, bonus! They are true to their word, the payment was in my account the day my parcel was received AND, something most companies seem to fail on, they sent me x2 different sized envelopes so I was able to return my ipad safely and securely in the box because I had a nice large envelope to put it in - the instructions were clear, the process couldn't be simpler ... I would recommend to anyone, in fact I already have done and i'm foraging through my old gadgets to see what else I can recycle with them! Thank you ZoomFish!

Keep calm and go ZoomFishing!
Was so delighted with the service from ZoomFish that I immediately recommended them to my friends on Facebook. Was surprised at how much more they gave for my old iPhone3 compared to what was offered by other companies. A really simple process: print a pre-paid label, post the phone, sit back and wait for the cash to hit my bank account, which it did as promised by ZoomFish the same day they received my phone. I also love that any profit goes to a charity. A win-win situation all round. If only every transaction was this easy!

Does what it says on the tin. (Cannot believe I just used that phrase...but it's true!)
What can I say that my headline doesn't cover already? I'd not heard of ZoomFish before, so was a little cautious about using them. They offered the best trade in price for my iPad 1st gen, so I went for it. And I was right to do so!
I used the option where ZF send me the post bag, which turned up very quickly. I protected my iPad with old carrier bags and sent it off.
Hardly took any time to get there and be assessed. My cheque turned up real fast too!
Loved being able to check the progress on the website as well.
In short - be honest about your gadget condition (mine was top notch) and you really can trust ZoomFish to be honest with you.

One of my best retail experiences...ever!
They do exactly what they promise, when they promise and how they promise! VERY competitive price offered for my iPad2, communicated with me throughout the admittedly short process and funds transferred to my account - all within 24 hours of my package being delivered to the post office - quite brilliant!!

The way a recycle company SHOULD be run!!
My mate used the Zoomfish site and had an amazing experience so when it came to me recycling my iPhone 4, there was no contest, I would try them too. I was not to be dissapointed. I despatched on Thursday night using my own packaging and 24 hrs (literally!!) I had payment in my account. Throughout the day I had email updates. I cannot fault the service AND they were offering the most for the phone. Cheers Zoomfish!!!

Zoomfish gave the best price for my IPhone (I was shocked) and the process couldn't have been more simple. The company sent regular emails to tell me which stage of the process they were at and the money was in my account a few hours after the device had been tested. Excellent service. This company does exactly what they state on their website.
I posted my acer tablet for recycling at 12:45 on a Thursday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from the company to say that they had receive the item on the Friday morning after. A couple of hours later, on checking in at the website I found that the tablet had been passed for payment. I was even more surprised when I checked my bank statement that evening to find that my account had been credited with the full amount quoted by the company. Excellent service, I will definitely use them again.
