Never again
I recieved my items 4 weeks after paying. Send it back (recorded) but didnt get my money back. No communication at all

Won't buy from them anymore
I have used Zulily.co.uk two times.
The first time the order took quite long time, but I was expecting this - 14-16 days OK. The thing I wasn't expecting is to arrive at Saturday at 6:00 am ...Everything with the item was fine, so I decided to give them another try.
My second order came with wrong sized item, not the size I was ordered. I tried contacting them regarding the return, as I didn't want to pay again for return, it wasn't my fault anyway. I never received answer or anything.
I am not planning to buy anything else from there.
