The tub filler I ordered arrived on a timely basis. I don't know if this was the responsibility of Hudson Reed or the shipper, but the box the tub filler was packed in was beat up and falling apart. I checked to see if anything was broken or missing, and it doesn't appear to be, but until the plumber actually goes to install it in a week or so, I won't know.
Hudson-Reed has been one of the best finds in a long time for me. The real value for me was realized when i had a problem with one of the items in my order after I had purchased the system. The original rainfall head was chrome plated plastic and it blew out the side seam after several months of use, spraying water across the shower all over the place. The real measure of a company is not always how thier equipment operates, but rather how they respond when there is a problem. I called them the next day and spoke with a lovely young lady who simply asked that I take a picture of the problem and email it to them. I did this while she held on and emailed it to her. She recieved it within minutes, looked at it, was extremely apologetic that I had a problem and advised me that she was having a new showerhead shipped then next day. When I was shopping complete shower systems, I contrasted the cost of thier system against comparable systems from Delta to Kohler. From a cost perspective Hudson-Reed was a no brainer. It was only after having the system now for almost 2 years that I can honestly say that from a quality perspective, they have far exceeded my expectations. We are now building a new house and I am designing a new "Monster" shower with a showerhead panel, ceiling rainfall head, and 12 body sprays using muiltiple valves off of two seperate tankless systems and mulitiple control valves. Will it be expensive? Yes it will, but it will be far less than if I used some of their competitors equipments. If I could wish for any one thing from them it would be to come out with an Electronic valving system that controlled flow and temp on a digital panel similar to what Moen and Kohler offer but keeping with the Hudson Reed pricing.
your product came in a timely manner,however, we did need to go buy additional fittings to use with our plumbing.the installation was somewhat easy, once the right fittings were acquired. also, what i throught to be an important part of the installation, was made of plastic, referring to the hanger bracket.
I found Hudson Reed quite by accident on the internet. After perusing their website and seeing they had valves that did EXACTLY what I was looking for, I took a chance and ordered three complete bathrooms worth of products.
I have been nothing but impressed by everything I purchased as was the plumber who installed them. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hudson Reed shower valves and associated hardware. Our showers and bathtub work extraordinarily well and look terrific. I will continue to use Hudson Reed products in any future bathrooms I build or remodel.
The showerhead arrived with a dent and I am yet to receive a response on how to return the material . The contact number in the website is incorrect. I emailed the company five days ago and have not received a response. I completed the online return form and it shows pending review. I am not exactly sure what it is pending. I'll be contacting my credit card company to put a dispute on the charges.

I bought products before based on the very reasonable price. The products looked like metal but wasn't. It broke 4 months into use. I requested a new one and it was sent free of charge. Exactly what should have happened. The product broke again 1 1/2 years later. I didn't like that it broke but I wasn't that upset about it because again the price was very reasonable. I went to the website and saw a product that looked like one piece construction, I took another chance on Hudson Reed. I was very satisfied to see that the product was made considerably better. I'm extremely satisfied with my current product. I will be a future customer if Hudson Reed continues with it current product quality at it's current price point, 'jacked-up" for some reason like most companies.

My experience is not favorable. My first shipment was supposed to be two packages but only one was shipped. When I called about the missing package, a second shipment with the faucet was processed right away. Unfortunately, my second shipment is and continues to be stuck in US Customs. Two weeks ago I contacted Hudson Reed about the customs delay only to be told the release would be imminent. Last week I again contacted Hudson Reed because the package was still held by customs. I was told late last week that the customs paperwork was messed up and had to be redone. I am still waiting.

You are the 100th person I have told about next day delivery from Hudson Reed from UK to the US...I am amazed.
Very poor customer service and installation details not enclosed with products. It took months to be able to get a replacement valve for a shower temp, and when it came it had no install detail. When asking customer service I was told to "find the YouTube video" - Really? Find it myself? How about a link? How about a downloadable PDF on your website with the product on how to install the thing?

I was very pleased with my Shower valve and its wonderful quality, but a little disappointed in the lack of installation instructions. I had to call the UK to get any clarification on my parts list. Once I got ahold of someone they were very helpful and knowledgable. The shower is now installed and I love it!
While we are still mid-construction, and I can't comment on the products I've purchased yet, I am pleased with the ease of use in regard to their website. Delivery was prompt, timely, and hassle free.
I needed a surface mounted H+C faucet for an outside shower. The local plumbing suppliers were not able to help. Eventually, after much web searching, I came across this product UFG-BDL0624 from Hudson Reed. I sent some additional questions that were answered promptly, but unfortunately** completely incorrectly** (I needed a faucet that would accept vertical, exposed, supply pipes, and asked whether it had swivel unions - the answer was no, but in fact it does have these), but it was pretty clear from the instructions etc that it did. So I went ahead and took the risk. Ordering and delivery were all just fine.
The unit is mounted and plumbed in (swivel unions and all), the supply connections all made, and it works exactly as I wanted. Apart from the totally incorrect technical support, everything else was just fine. I'm delighted with the product.
I searched and searched for a radiator that would work in my bathroom remodel. Not knowing very much about them, I called to get some information that was most helpful in making my decisions. I almost went with another website company but in the end, was suspect of their website. I went back to Hudson Reed USA mainly because their website seemed much more professional and trustworthy. Then, the most amazing thing ever was I received the radiator in just 3 days!!!!!!! I checked and it came from England IN THREE DAYS!!!!! I was so shocked that I actually asked the Fed Ex guy how was that possible. He just looked at me like I was crazy and showed me his logo on his shirt. Duh! Then, when I had a problem with this one leaking, they responding quickly with a new one and even reimbursed me the fee for the plumber to put in the new one. This is an amazing company and I wish they were all this considerate and helpful in getting the right thing done. Thank you so much Hudson Reed, I will come to you first the next time I need something!
Don't be taken in by appearances and what seems to be a terrific warranty. An exposed shower system installed in the summer of 2006 began to break down in 6/2011. It had a 10 year warranty. I contacted HR at this point. Various "nanoreps" <Names removed> refused to honor the warranty by providing new parts or a new system altogether. They seemed to be able to diagnose my problems with their product from their offices in England. and told me that if the product was defective, it would have failed sooner. I wrote letters and spent over $60. on an international phone call, with no satisfaction. The shower temperature could not be regulated, the hand held shower would not stay securely in the holder, so it would fall if you brushed by it, and its head became dented. Early on, they did send me a new hand held shower head at no charge, but that was it. Even the arm for the shower rose began leaking upward spraying the combination vent and light we had installed in the ceiling. The shower was non-functional, but with some adjustments that damaged knobs and other parts, we can use it. My husband replaced the shower arm with a copper pipe. It is our only shower and we are embarrassed when guests need to use it, but at least we don't scald or electrocute ourselves. I gave up the warranty fight. I contacted HR again in 8/2012 to see if I could purchase replacement parts so at least we could fix some of the cosmetic issues. In 8/2012 I contacted another nanorep, <Name removed>, to request replacement parts. He never got back to me. I emailed Aaron back, and another rep named <Name removed> on 10/2012 and again on 12/2012. No replies. The dual shower system is behind a tiled wall. My only alternative seems to be to rip out the wall and buy something else. We are not ready for the expense of another bathroom renovation. Do not buy anything from this company. It may work and look pretty for a few years, but don't expect it to last, and don't expect any help from their nanoreps. I guess that's the reason they don't call them customer service representatives.

I was attracted by the low price for my hydronic towel warmer. Way lower than competitors. It arrived quickly and is solidly and attractively built. Customer service was helpful in choosing the right valves. The web site makes it difficult to compare models (more info on some models, less on others.) The instructions are kind of vague also but it's not a really complicated install. I was a little annoyed to receive a $9 customs charge with a $6 service charge from FEDEX. I thought that that should be prepaid when shipped. However, based on what I've seen and experienced I would purchase here again
This is my second purchase from Hudson Reed. The quality and price of the fixtures just can't be beat . I chose the customized fixtures both times and got exactly the look I wanted.The modern look is just what I wanted. Everything arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged and undamaged. I would recommend the company if you want value for your money.
Order arrived within a week. Evan though package was in very bad condition, product was not charmed at all. will be installing it within a week. It is to early to say how well this radiator will perform in winter. Expect to pay like 5% for duty.
I purchased the 12" Square Polished Stainless Steel Shower Head (UFG-AD9206) from Hudson Reed. Although I have yet to install it, the material quality and craftsmanship seems to be of very good quality. I will update my review once I have the shower head installed.
My new shower panel was easy to install and really makes my newly remodeled bathroom look extra elegant. The rainfall shower really feels wonderful and the waterfall feature is great for rinsing hair. The body jets are nice for that soothing rinse and the shower wand is just right for final rinsing and shower cleaning. What a treat to feel like I'm on a vacation every time I shower. Great value in a shower panel that really keeps it's promise.
Excellent quality, the product looks amazing, much better than in the pictures. It was delivered quickly and the price is great. Will definitely buy more!
Well, I did get a faucet that might have been a lemon, without having to hook it up they exchanged it without hassel, even paid for the pick up and reship. I bought it at a very fair price...I hpoe they still made a few dollars off me.

My shower seat hasn't bee installed or used yet, but looks good. I believe it should be mentioned that Hudson-Reed requires packages to be physically handed to purchaser, a serious inconvenience for me.

The only thing that keeps me from five stars (half-star, let's say) is that I wished for a bit more detail in the product specifications as shown on the website. More dimensions on the web would allow us to do rough-in more easily prior to delivery.
I liked the way your products looked on line, however the description on two of the products were inaccurate. I have hot/ cold water lines already plumbed from a previous shower panel and the casing needed to be 10" wide at the back. Both units sent to me were only 7.5" wide since the sides turn in at the back. I called on the second unit and told what I needed and the customer service folks "thought" that they would be wide enough. THEY WEREN'T!
Everyone was apologetic and service minded. Perhaps more product knowledge would be helpful.
We ordered one of the full body massage showers. I arrived sooner than anticipated, and when i called to report that a small detachable piece had broken during shipment, they replaced it promptly with no hassle.
I am a general building contractor and find Hudson Reeds products are #1in quality and price. Service is wonderful and turnaround times are great.

I ordered shower heads and a shower seat. The seat it turns out would not be right for the job I am doing. I emailed customer service and they help me with my return. They were prompt to respond to me and lead me through the return policy. I love working with companies that really take care of their customers from beginning to end. It has been a great experience purchasing from Hudson Reed.

Everyone at Hudson Reed are superb. The customer service was exceptional. The shower panels were relatively easy to install (me and my wife), look very good and perform very well. They certainly meet our expectations. I have been recommending them to friends as a really good alternative to concealing a lot of piping in the wall to get the same results. The panels solved a particular problem we have because our bath tubs were installed back to back when our home was built. They allow service of the valves, etcetera without having to disturb the ceramic tile and wall.
