We have expereinced the WORST customer service from Hammonds. Fitters have failed to turn up for appointments and when they finally did turn up the standard of finish on the job was exceptionally poor and the fitter showed no interest in putting it right and didn't seem to care when my husband pointed problems out. The customer service department was exceptionally unhelpful and failed to call us back on numerous occassions. We have so far had to take a total of 6 days off work and 5 months after paying in full up front for the wardrobes they have still not been put right!! And damage the fitter casued to our property is still not been paid for! The product itself is good but the sub contractors Hammonds use are shocking!! My advice is avoid at all costs or buy from John Lewis (same product but fitted by John Lewis staff!) We are pursuring claim with obudsman against Hammonds.
The cards are fantastic however I think they were a little expensive OK for a treat but not affordable all the time, would be more prepared to pay if you were able to order in smaller ammounts.
It would also be nice to be able to do more with the editing of the pictures. And the website didn't always update the borders when trying to design very frustrating.
