Prompt efficient service
A good range, often competitively priced - certainly less expensive than from the vets. Prompt efficient delivery. I always check this website before making any pet product purchases.

Seems expensive for what it is but then so is all the effective comparable competition. The colour matched well with the advert fortunately to go with our carpet.
Slightly smaller than advertised and we haven't tried washing it yet but it does seem to be picking up dirt from shoes if not our dog's paws.
Could perhaps have done with the larger size (worth ordering the largest size that fits).
Prompt delivery. Huge choice of products with the company so I imagine we would use them again.
