I really don't expect a 50% discount plus a 10% discount. However, when I am e-mailed and invited to book, I don't look a gift horse in the mouth. Calling in to discover that there are no hotels IN CENTRAL LONDON, you know that world famous capital city. Come on Last Minute, there's no need to mislead people like that. you create an unhappy customer from a happy one - not, I would suggest, a sensible strategy!
I used the service once but was v.disappointed when the flowers were not delivered when requested i.e. on my friend's birthday. However, yesterday, the local florist did exactly what I needed. It is really dependent on who you get - always give a contact no so if it goes wrong they call you and you can start again.
