I placed two orders for everything required to refurbish three bathrooms in my home.
Order 1 - Two out of 4 items were damaged. replacements were sent without a problem but two weeks delay to the scheduled work and two days of work for me to deal with deliveris.
Order 2 - Items that were stated to be in stock on the website were not (a relatively common problem from looking at other reviews) so there was a delay. I received an incorrect item. When I contacted Victorian Plumbing they insisted that I photograph the box and incorrect toilet pan. I did so and they admitted their mistake but refused to send my item (that I had paid for several weeks before) until thay had collected the incorrect one. I explained that their legal obligation was to supply my item regardless of any mistake they had made in sending an incorrect one but they refused to budge. I gave in to avoid more stress and hassle and agreed to take time off work for a courier to collect and then (when satisfied that their item which they sent by mistake was returned) they would deliver mine. The courier did not turn up. Another wasted day off work for me and more delay. How this will turn out I do not know and what action I will need to take to either get my item or a refund remains to be seen.
I would not buy from Victorian Plumbing again and would not recommend them to anyone. Firstly because it is to risky to deal with an online retailer who will not comply with the law in connection with distance selling and, secondly, the delays and number of days needed to be taken off work outweigh any saving that can be made in comparison with buying elsewhere.
I ordered on 18th of August, paid in full on 8th September and have still so far received only part of my order. As yet no table.I have 5 times been given a delivery date and nothing has turned up on the scheduled day but I have not been given any notice of that so have had three days off work waiting for deliveries in the past three months. It happened again today.

any way we eventually got someone there to take in table
all very time consuming for us especially as we are primarily a wholesaler.
