I am not actually satisified with my experience at all. I placed an order ID is #102743 on the 23rd November

I tried to get into check what the status of the order was only to find I am unable to log on.

I telephoned yesterday and was told I would get a call straight back to tell me what was happening and not a word since until your email asking for feedback?

I await some indication as where / when /why

We had tried calling you back yesterday but was unable to get through, so sent an email to the email address provided on the order advising of the timescales and alternative options.

As I have just explained on the telephone I will personally call you again tomorrow with an updated eta.
