Ordering was simple but the actual flowers and delivery was disappointing.
Requested flowers to be delivered in the morning (I know they only state delivery between 8 - 6) but I've never had a problem with other online florists delivering when requested (it wasn't a set time anyway just before midday) but that didn't happen.
Worse was the fact that they spelt the name wrong on the attached card !! and the card itself looked like it was written by a child in crappy broken english.. simply awful..
The flowers themselves were OK (for what was recieved and presented nicely) but I had paid extra for the larger bouquet but what was recieved looked the same as the smaller one (only about 7 flowers in total) and they started dying within 2 days (petals going brown etc) even though the website stated 7 days freshness ...
Overall a poor experience, the fault being with the actual florist used & not e-florist themselves but they need better quality controls on who they use to fufil the order.
