When we got to the barrier to exit it all went wrong and it seemed that we were not the only ones as the two cars in front of us had booked and paid on the internet but the payment had not registered. We were being asked to pay £90+ but we had already paid for our parking in advance. We had to go to the attendant for him to review our paperwork printed from the internet and then allowed to pass through. This has never happened to us before.
