I don't get to use CRC s often as I probably should, preferring to support my local bike shop. But on the occasions I've use them, I've never been disappointed. Not bad for a Company with such a huge range of bicycling goodies. Good on you chaps, well done!
I paid for Next Day service. Come 6.30pm the next day, nothing. They updated the tracking info to "Unable to deliver". We were in all day, the doorbell was tested and fully functional, as were the three dogs that always bark when a van turns up. Can you get in touch to find out why? No, course not. Not without a Calling card number. But they didn't leave one, because the didn't bloody come! Total idiots, avoid at all costs. use a broker like Parcel Monkey and always choose FedEx.
