I ordered a small item close to three weeks ago. The order was acknowledged. Two weeks later I emailed the company to find out the status of the order. While there was an auto-reply acknowledgment of the email they never bothered to respond.
Thankfully the item was only some small Etymotic ear plug filters and not something larger or more expensive.
Ordered 2 mugs from Zazzle. A week later a neighbor said a box had been left with them. Went to get the box, it was huge. Turned out they shipped me 20 mugs that were supposed to go to a company in the US (I am in the UK). That was $400 in merchandise sent to the wrong address! Contact Zazzle by phone and they said, whoops, you can keep the items (I have no interest in keeping them, off to charity) and we will reinstitute your order. Week goes by with no news, contact customer service, nothing.
Nice designs but horrible customer service.
It does no good to provide a delivery window if the driver does not even come close to meeting it. I have been home the entire time, left a big sign on the gate (although the post code only refers to 4 houses). No delivery, no way to contact the company by phone (voice mail loops). I would never voluntarily choose this company for delivery.
Be honest, tell your customers that your delivery window is 11 hours NOT 1.
