They charged a £13 for return.
I order an item for £29 which in ebay costs £2, then I after 5 minutes from the order I changed my mind I rang them and canceled it. The guy I spoke to said that everything is fine and we won't charge you. But after two days I check my account and they had charged me. Then I received the item two days later. I rang them up again and I requested, return and Refund and they said fine, we will fully refund you once we receive the item. I checked my account today to see that they have only refunded £15. I couldn't believe my eyes. I called them and they fully refunded 3 days later

Sold used Fifa 12 Online Pass "
I bought pre-owned Fifa 12 from them about a week ago, and they didn't mention that the Online Pass USED.
I emailed them and they offered me only refund, what about the cost of the post. I am really disappointed.
Now have to buy Online Pass £7 extra.
