This is probably the worst experience I have ever had when trying to book a holiday. First of all their website doesn't work properly. When trying to book online, I went to submit the payment and it was just loading and loading but not going through. I tried on several different computers and got the same issue. I tried to ring customer service but the line was dead. I emailed them but they never got back to me. Then just as I was about to pay for a holiday with another airline, a confirmation email came through followed by several emails saying my item is still in the basket!!!
I have since flown and come back only to see that i've been charged an additional £26. But rather than try to help me, they have given me a list of possible reasons why this may be (purchase extras and exchange rate differences) and asked me to refer to terms and conditions. So now I have to explain to them that any extras I purchased were debited outside of this and the exchange rate has barely moved.
Sometimes I think it would just be easier to bang my head against the wall!
Fitness superstore sell equipment that is of excellent quality. Their service department (Steve Dron runs this) took a while to reply to a query that I had about a potential problem with one my purchases. However when he did reply, his help was exceptional. I recommend fitness superstore and will be purchasing from them again in the future.
Got a good deal at affordable supplements. One of the items included a 5kg box of CNP Pro Recover. However When the package arrived, the CNP box has been cracked underneath and the handle at the top had been snapped off. The crack has resulted in about 100-150g spillage.
I was dissapointed about this and had to spend time transferring the contents to another box I had which had almost run out.
Still a good deal but the inconvenience and loss of weight resulted in me giving 3 stars.
