I had a great experience using echo supplements i have heard so many positive things about them in the past i decided to give them a go, received my order nice & fast the product i brought was the cheapest i could find on the internet!

Split bag, and to much hassle to deal with getting a refund or replaced, not impressed
One item arrived with a split bag and i lost a fair bit of powder, my protein said it was not there fault as it was ok when it left the warehouse but it was obvious to me how the split happened it was due to a new shaker that i purchased that was in the box and it has a key ring hole mounting hole on the side and it was this that pierced the bag and now myprotein are saying its more of a courier fault, a replacement or refund can be a long process so really its more hassle than its worth, you would have thought a massive company like myprotein would not hesitate to replace it
