Great communication, kept me up to date with the delivery schedule etc, product arrived exactly as planned and works perfectly
Ordered a TV shown as in stock, took afternoon off for delivery, then got phone call to say they put wrong tv on lorry. Later got call to say they had no stock, what a pack of lies. Note if you miss the delivery slot they charge £25 for re-delivery, if they fail as they did, they are not interested in compensating you.

Over 3 calls to sort out a ported number i was on hold for over 1 hr!!!
ordered a cap for daughter on Friday, arrived Tuesday, cant fault
took order and money, then told me 7 days later i had cancelled the order. Turns out they never had item in stock, now too late to get replacement for birthday.
Ordered on a Sunday, price was cheapest could find, delivered Tuesday morning. Demonstration that it can be done if you care.
