I ordered a bed from BedroomWorld which was due to be delivered to me on 23 December in time for guests arriving to stay over Christmas. I took the day off work on 23 December in order to take delivery. The bed was sent to XDP and shows on their tracking system that it arrived at their depot on 22 December. On phoning the Glasgow depot on 23 December I was advised that the bed was still in England somewhere and had not been received in Glasgow. I was advised to phone back after 9 am on 24 December. Not surprisingly bed still not in Glasgow. I have been passed from pillar to post by this company and given no explanation for the bed not being delivered and no apology. On various occasions members of staff have advised that they will investigate the whereabouts of the bed and call me back. No call received to date. This is totally unacceptable and the staff are uninterested. Some customer service training might be in order for this company. DO NOT ORDER ANY GOODS ONLINE WHEN XDP are the carriers.
Have used orbit print a number of times for my business and they have been fine. This time they printed canvas totally off centre and required me to send a photo which I did. They then ignored my emails and their phone was constantly engaged. Still waiting for a response and replacement which was required for a special occasion this weekend which has now been missed. Appalling customer service
I would recommend this site for anyone looking for hair and beauty products. The prices are very competative. Advice is also available on the products. I requested advice on a moisturiser and received a response that day. My products arrived in two days and had free gifts with them. I will be shopping here again in the future.
