I suppose that in an ideal world, an item you think is in stock and available for next day will be there, but I guess things can go wrong and then, it is how it is handled that matters.
In this case, I was phoned promptly and offered the item delivered direct from supplier (which would be one day later) - perfectly acceptable to me - I knew what was happening and the item arrived as promised - so full marks for communication.
I was also impressed that during the telephone conversation, another item on my order was questioned, ie, it was confirmed that a speaker bracket I had ordered was not intended (by me) to hang the sub!
