Sent in by recorded post my September and October phone bills as I could not remeber what one was needed. Got a letter back saying incorrect bill sent. When I phoned apart from being kept on hold for over 20 mins at 10p a min was told they only had the Oct bill and Sept was required. Advised them that Sept bill was in same envelope and on top of Oct bill, they replied that they still would not pay as I sent them 2 bills and not 1 so they are unable to decide what bill is correct....
Told them they are lying money grabbing bastards and I will never do business with them again.
