Production Room

The Production Room produced the goods and the helpline was excellent.

I had an initial problem on the order as the wrong mic was ordered as a chritmas bundle but the online chat adviser was understanding and gave a prompt solution to the issue. The mic has been collected and I am now waiting delivery of the replacement soon. Good experience with helpful staff so far, long may it continue.
