Very poor service, putting me to a great deal of inconvenience.
Telephoned them on Wednesday 12th December to enquire about a screen, they confirmed the it was in stock and that if I ordered ti it would be despatched on Thursday, 13th, for delivery to me on Friday 14th.
It did not arrive, so I rang them on Monday 17th, they blamed courier delays. After other phone calls eventually on Wednesday 19th they came up with a consignment number. I received the item on Thursday 20th, documentation showed that it was only despatched on the 19th.
I had to ensure that somebody was on hand to receive the screen for a period of five days, which was a total waste of time because it had not even been handed to the courier until the 19th. I have raised this with them and no apology has been given.

Excellent quality and service.
Finding chain store goods have deteriorated in quality recently, I tried Peter Christian, their goods are not the cheapest, however the quality and service are excellent. Fast delivery and their usual packaging allows for it to be used easily to return the goods.
