Painful when it goes wrong

I have placed two orders with this shoddy outfit and will not be placing a third. Both orders took at least 4 working days despite showing as being in stock and paying extra for priority despatch. If the emails I received from them were accurate the delay was in getting them dispatched not the postal service. The first order had the correct items but the wrong sizes and I eventually had to buy elsewhere as Wiggle were now showing them as out of stock. The second order didn't even contain the right items. There is no telephone customer service only email so dealings with them can be protracted. Having said that based on the emails I received from them I can understand why they wouldn't want their staff speaking with customers. In my opinion if you deal with this company you are rolling the dice; you may be lucky but if anything goes wrong this shower will deliver amongst the worst service I have ever seen and will appear completely uninterested in resolving things. With so many great online retailers out there I can think of no reason why you would want to gamble and buy from Wiggle.


Outstanding service and great prices

I have bought quite a lot from Charterhouse this year and have found the service to be identical whether I am spending a few pounds or a few thousand pounds - Excellent.

I was pleased to get email and text updates of delivery times for a larger order and stunned to get the same level of service on an order that was literally a few quid. The web site clearly shows what is in stock and what is out of stock (unlike some sites that show items as in stock and then after they have your money email you to say that it is now out of stock with a two week wait).

It is often easy to give good service when everything is going well and the real test of service is when there is a problem. I am pleased to say in my experience that is also excellent. I mistakenly ordered the wrong model of pump and was concerned that I may be a problem returning it (the mistake was after all mine) but I needn't have worried.

In my experience their prices are hard to beat and with service like this why go elsewhere? Highly recommended!
