I only have good things to say about Amazon. I have been using them for years and have always found the pricing, delivery and customer service to be excellent. They sell such a diverse range of products. I recommend that if you are buying anything at all, check Amazon first, you may be surprised.
Approximately 2.5 years ago, I place an order for about £130 worth of goods that never arrived. Despite numerous phone calls, emails and threats of legal action, no refund was ever given. After taking legal advice on the situation, was advised that small claims court was an option but it would be expensive and a waste of my time. I don't usually bother writing reviews of companies, but in this instance felt compelled to share my experience with others. I am aware that this happened some time ago, but having read some of the other reviews, it appears that this company is still at it's old tricks. I would consider this...you may well receive you order, but how will you feel if you don't and fail to get you money back?
