I've used Quidco now for a few years and have had a total cashback of up in four figures. Very pleased I found this way of getting something back for all my purchases and it was recommended by Money Saving Expert. If there are any problems, which are few, the team are always there to help and sort it out. I did use another cashback site for a while but I was forever having to chase them up which was very frustrating so closed my account there. So now I only use Quidco.
I've purchased a mattress topper and pillows before from this company and found them to have a good, easy to navigate website with plenty of choice. I needed a cushion because the seats in our old sports car are not the most comfortable. Again, a lot of choice and the cushion I chose is perfect for me.... and this seat! Thanks to everyone for their dedication working in this company which makes the whole experience a pleasure!
Whenever I feel I should change my savings account or I have to buy insurance, my first port of call is Martin! He has done all the groundwork so why should I? I've found his suggestions to be true and fair and will continue to get his advice in the future
I ordered a sure signal. It didnt work so I was told on the phone they couldnt re-order it and I must online. So I did. What I next received was an old version without any cables. On the phone again I was told to do the claim online. After about 2-1/2 weeks I got the Sure Signal which did work and very well too. I can now use my mobile at home linked to my broadband. Their items are good but the way their staff work is dreadful. They do not keep a record on your mobile phone file so every time you ring them, you have to go through the whole story time and time again - and obviously each time you phone the story is longer. I advise anyone having to go through this to keep a written note because you will forget.... it takes that long!

Firstly a package went missing. I rang them and it was promised the actual driver would ring m the following day. Hmmm I thought this is good service - until there was no phone call. There's a surprise. I emailed them - they emailed back to say it would be followed up. 3 weeks later I guess I give up. I was driving along a main road and passed a clapped out old "yellow" van with a sticker on the back advertising for owner drivers. The company? Yodel...!!!
I do hope I wont come across them again as I do prefer to receive the stuff I pay for!
I realise my order was leading up to Christmas but they took far too long to send out the item, far too long to reply to my emails by which time I'd sent another updating the situation. I returned the item as it was too big and asked for the smaller one. They charged me for the re-stocking which is fair enough but I am still waiting for the difference in charge between the larger size and the smaller size I have now. They also did not tell me when they were debiting my credit card again - so this means they have access to my credit card.... Update 27/1/12... I am still waiting for my credit card to be refunded. The first time I contacted them about this I was told it hadnt gone through so it would have to be done again. It still hasnt arrived! Next stop is I shall contact my credit card to get the whole amount returned to me.
