I went online looking for Dogeared jewellery and queen of charms came up as a discount seller. The website was easy to use and nicely presented. The payment section was easy and straight forward to use and the goods arrived within a day under a week. All very easy. My only comment would be to improve the speed at which you send out the goods. Most companies send out immediately and the goods are with you within three days. Other than that the shopping experience was very good and I will definitely be using them again.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, we really appreciate it and I'm glad you found the website easy to use. With regards to the delivery time, your order was placed at 5.42pm on Friday 25th, all orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day - our offices are closed over the weekend so your order was dispatched at 9.21am on Monday 28th and was delivered and signed for on 30th, therefore delivery was only 2 days which, you have to agree, is pretty fast!
