We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the customer not receiving their notifications of Order and Despatch. The system is designed as such that when an order is placed moments later they should receive a confirmation and again after despatch. We have checked the customer's e-mail address details with him and they appear to be correct, so unless our notification dropped into his spam filter files on his own system, then this problem has us a bit baffled.
