Ordered two 15kg bags of dog food; It took slightly more than a month before I got the delivery (after a stern email). Their website says you can contact them via email and telephone, but then they dont give you the telephone number. Also, they dont answer the email.
After I put the order in, they took the money straightaway and sent a email to say they were processing the order. I had no delivery or email with explanation, for 2-3weeks. I got worried and then started to look for reviews on google. It was then that I noticed they had an Ebay store and to which i finally got a reply (their ebay store has a few similar complaints) via the ebay email system to say they were going to look into my order. It took 2-3 weeks later before i got my order (I had nearly given up and was going to report them to the authorities). If you are thinking of using them; CHECK THE EBAY STORE REVIEWS AND DECIDE WHETHER YOU THINK IT IS WORTH THE RISK. IF IT WASNT FOR THE EBAY STORE I THINK I WOULD HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE POLICE. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
