good product fast delivery awful order site

when you order you are presented with a page with on the left side personal details name address card number ect . and on the right a section for 1st. delivery and second delivery I filled both sides with home address on the left and the address I needed the tyres delivered to in this case a garage 10 miles away across a major city on the right so imagine my surprise when the order confirmation stated my home address as the delivery address , as soon as possible I contacted the company and was told that they would change the destination although it might cause some delay in delivery. The next day I received confirmation of the order change and that the tyres would be delivered to my HOME ADDRESS I barely had time to fire off a e-mail to the company before the door bell went and there is a man with 4 huge tyres and of course he could not help to deliver to the correct address . I suggest the web site have a dedicated delivery address slot as many of its customers will need to have tyres sent to
garages and not their home. THIS A GOOD COMPANY with good product and delivery but if I ordered tyres again and there was the same confusion it would be the last time I would use them
