Love Healthspan, their products are better quality than the more expensive ranges from the likes of H&B. I suffered with terrible knee pain, even walking was painful, but after finding a combination of their rosehip and chrondomax tablets, I have no pain at all and I can walk or even run all I wish! Only think I would say that I don't like is the packaging. I like that they are slim enough to be posted so you don't miss parcels etc however the lids NEVER stay on and it's a bit of a pain. Please healthspan, change the lids so they are hinged or clip on as opposed to the ones that fall off constantly.
Avoid this company like the plague! Their customer service for aftersales and returns is a joke. I returned a jacket via Collect + and have just had to contact Millets to find out what's going on with my refund. They said it's due to high returns after Christmas, but I've returned items to Clarks and BHS, and my refunds have shown up in my bank account 2-3 days after the parcel was received. With Millets, they received my returned item 10 days ago and I'm still waiting on a refund. First and last time I will shop with these clowns.
Avoid like the plague. I recently ordered a couple of items in their sale, I was expecting delivery when I received an email "confirming cancellation as requested" of my items. I hadn't cancelled, they had obviously ran out of stock and sent some bogus email, so rather than apologise for their error, the acted like I'd requested the order be cancelled. Clowns, owned by The Hut, which is reason enough to avoid them!!

Fabulous prices, often with free delivery (which is really fast). Great range of products and amazing aftersales care team! Use them a lot, would recommend Superdrug to anybody!
I don't think you can fault BT's customer service, or at least I can't, however, their prices are SO expensive for what you get! I'm on 10 meg broadband, and I was near my limit twice, so I called to find out how I could increase my usage allowance. I was given a price that was double what I'm paying just now, and given that I was only 4 months into a 12 month contract, I was a bit shocked to be told that I'd need to sign up for a new 18 month contract at the higher price. I declined and will more than likely switch suppliers at the end of my 12 month term. BT need to get real with their price plans!!
Great company if everything goes ok with your product, but if there's a problem, you're going to regret not having paid a few quid more to shop with a company that don't make you jump through a million hoops to get an exchange/refund!!
