I placed an order in a hurry just before x-mas, then I realised that I had entered a detail wrongly on the order. I called webtogs Customer Service & not only did the lady who dealt with the query sort things out in time for a prompt delivery, but she also left me feeling as if I had just chatted with an 'Old Flame'!
You dont get that anywhere else.
