On 1st April (14 days ago) I had confirmation of my order received. Despite contacting Happy Puzzle on 2 separate occasions, my account shows that the order has not been dispatched. Many of the items are for presents during this month and next so I still don't know whether I need to look elsewhere. This is my 3rd order and the previous 2 were delivered and I was happy.
I was contacted following my review. They told me the system was to blame and that my order was undercharged by £18. I could either pay the extra or take off some items. Fair enough if this had been pointed out at the time of order (and two emails had not been ignored) But to leave me waiting all this time? Bad customer service and just not good enough. Sadly I'll not trust this company again.
