When we had the initial consultation/sales meeting we were a bit worried that it was heavy handed with a 'today only' discount being waved around. so much so that as my partner interacted I began googling betta living on my ipad to see what had been said about them. It was also probably 3 hour plus process (as we obviously did go ahead). Half tired half interested we went ahead. The samples were great quality and we figured we'd 'come this far'. The finance options were a little strange but we needn't have worried.
We took probably 6 months to actually install the wardrobes (our choice!) and the whole process was smooth (parts were not in protective wrap but we figured that was their problem) the fitters were great and wardrobes flew up. I was worried about lack of conventional angles given we were in a period property but it was no issue.
All in all we're happy with process and service. I would say though that the sales meeting was too long and could put people off. Customers should be warned what's involved and how long this meeting can take.
