This is the first time I've left a review on Trust Pilot, but T-Mobile UK really has got appalling customer service. I am at my wits end and they simply won't help.
You can't contact them by email or by online form (they're currently reviewing it so it's down), their live chat doesnt work (hang on for ages and no one responds) and so you have to call them. Once you get through to someone, the agents in the Phillipines try their best but simply refuse to escalate things. if you get through to the UK (loyalty/retention team), they sneakily transfer you through to billing enquiries for all enquiries, since they think they can't get a sale out of you.
I'm really upset about this - have been with tmobile 4 years but I'm going to leave them. All I want to know is about transferring my number to another provider - I think I'm going to complain to Ofcom/the press because they are being so obstructive - the ability to port a number is key to competition within the mobile phones market.
Avoid T-Mobile at all costs.
