I ordered the worng item by mistake and phoned customer services. They were brilliant. Arranged to have the item collected next day and took my order for the correct item over the phone. I explained that the cat food I had at home was almost finished and he said he would try his best to get it to me within 2 days.
Next day when the courier arrived to pick up my returns he had the correct cat food with him as well. Well done Medicanimal, cant fault you.
After ordering one of the Christmas houses, we received a phone call to say it was out of stock. The lovely lady on the line, talked us through our options, helped us choose and 2 days later it arrived. Cant fault them and will certainly be back.
