Delivered ahead of time and of good quality
Ordered and recieved within a week. A expensive piece of kit but of high quality from a company that obviously care for their product and their customers. A great service, good comunication and a good product.

The main purchase was delivered fast and the free gift followed a few days later, I did enquire as to where the free gift was as it wasn't clear that it was following later, but as it was a free gift it would be unfair to be critical!

The HatchBag for the Mini Countryman with the Standard Floor is a challenge for our machinists - not to mention the challenge our designer had with the pattern. I am sure that you will agree that the end result is a fully tailored liner that once fitted will not move.
