Excellent service Delivery within 12 hrs
I ordered this item in the late afternon and it was delivered in the morning next day.

Good Buy
The service was excellent, delivery within time stated.The violin itself is just what I ordered, but there was problem
The bridge was loose in the box. When tightening the strings the tuning screw flew off.
I am not a violinist, but have reconditioned some violins. If I had not been able to do this I would have had to contact for advice. May be an instruction sheet should be included, showing correct position of bridge.
I realise these violins are purchased by schools, where there are teachers able to correct any problem such as this, but there are parents who buy one for their child with no knowledge of the instrument.
Saying all this does not detract from the insrument
