Useless

Had my parcel left in my Green Bin which had water in it due to it being primarily used for recycling green waste ie soil, grass and compost. The packaging was water damaged and leaked through to damage the books contained inside. I now have to arrange to return the damaged goods to amazon and wait up to 30 days for a replacement - not good when one was a Christmas present and it is now the 6th of December. The card was barely legible and to make things worse I went onto the website to complain to find that I could only arrange redelivery or collect. What a shambles in future I will be checking with the company that I order from and if this is the Courier they use I will go elsewhere - USELESS
