Great advice and service
I have bought several things from them at their Glasgow store and have always had good advice and service. The assistant has always checked the internet to see if the item is available cheaper and if so has discounted to that price. On the one occasion I needed to return an item (a Humax PVR with a well-known problem) I was lent a spare one and when mine did not return from Humax, Richer Sounds replaced the one on loan with a new one.

What you pay at the checkout may not be what you expect. On several occasions, shelf-edge discounts were not honoured at the till, apples we bought were not rung up as the correct variety (but as a dearer one) and when we checked use-by dates on unpacking we have found items very close to or past their use-by date. I now don't trust them.

First class service and price
My first order was delivered today in just over 24 hours since ordering. This amid the snow and ice that has blocked motorways and led to closed airports and cancelled trains. The battery was well packed.
