Terrible

Missed a collection causing the collectee and myself to take a day off work needlessly, no response from the company when we contacted them, totally useless, don't use this company unless you like wasting your time and money. contacted nighfright who was supposed to be doing the collection/delivery and they said parcelmonkey do this all the time, make promises they cannot keep and inform customers of collection times they do not adhere to.
