Disgusting service, 10 days later item is not delivered and wont give a refund because "I still used the service"
Obviously mistakes happen in parcel delivery- but it truly shows what a company is like by how the deal with the mistake.
Either My hermes is really bad- or quite simply their Customer advisors need some good training.
