NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !

After the Spainair company crash I lost a connecting flight from Barcelona to Alicante. A few days after the crash announcement I received a general mail explaining that one of the booked (and paid for !!!) flights was canceled and that I should contact the company. They did not say which company !!

Since 28. January 2012 I have sent 6 different mails to customerservice@edreams.com, reclamaciones.spanair@edreams.com and modification.cancellation@edreams.com and I have received NO REPLIES AT ALL !!

As a result I have been forced to make other arrangements as replacement for the lost flight and to pay for it, where in fact it should have been the work and service done by eDreams, who was quick enough to charge me for the flight when I booked….

eDreams is by far the worst company I have ever had the doubtful pleasure of dealing with. They charge your credit card right after your booking even though there are 3 months or more till the first flight, they do not reimburse the price for canceled flights and they never replies to any mails.

I have bought my last flight through this company and I recommend everyone else to consider using another flight provider.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!

They will accept your name and adress as you enter them at ordering time, and will accept your credit card info and charge your card BEFORE sending ANY items..

BUT...... if the items do not arrive, they suddenly demand a photo-identification before telling you what happended to your items !!

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY the items has not arrived but will blame it on third party transporters (If you dont believe me then read the reply they come up with to this complaint !!)

AND THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING to find the missing item, because they already has been paid for it... so they do not care about your missing item or you for that matter !!

I have just lost 50+ Euro on a WiFi dongle which has never arrived and which I have been charged for. And I refuse to provide a photo identification. They do not know me nor have aver seen me so why do they need a photo Id to trace a shipment they have sent ?? They did not demand it to charge my credit card and to take the money from my account, but now, when I want my paid fore item, they suddently do ?? No Way !!!

I SAY: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.They are nothing than a bunch of theives and robbers all of them !!!!

and for those of you who do not speak danish, it is saying that missing delivery can happen (blame it on transporters as I said) and that I should send a signed writtet statement explaining that I have not received my item and that I should send a copy of my ID as well.

EXACTLY WHAT I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT..... So it is just bla. bla. bla and no actual action !!!

My dear NINA (No Individual No Answer ?),

Please explain why you need a copy of my identification papers to trace a missing parcel, when you did not need it to accept my order AND TO CHARGE MY CREDIT DARD ???????

Is it because you are selling my personal details to 3. party ? Surely it is not needed to identify me since all you have in the order is already enough. So what do you need the information for ?

Tell me !!!


And the follow up to this sad story of theft and fraud:

The Pixmania thieves took upon themselves to track the parcel and eventually sent a mail explaining that they had looked into the case and found that the parcel had been sent from their store. Consequently I cannot claim I have not received it !!!!!!

What a way to do business: Take the money from the customers. Sit back and wait until they complain they have not received the paid fore items and then send a mail claiming the items indeed has been sent. It’s that simple !! What an easy way of making money !!!

Theft and fraud is what it is !!

I have multiple times asked for a proof of delivery as well as documents proving the item has in fact been sent, but no !! Such information is not granted. And of course I know why: It does not exist !! Instead they answer with another bunch of empty words, claiming they have sent the item.

So I should just trust them when they say they have sent the item, but they do not trust me when I claim I have not received the item. And they demand that I fill in a form stating I have not received it and that I swear on my mothers grave that I am not lying !! And on top of that, they demand a copy of my identification papers (a copy of my passport !!) to prove that I am actually me !!

Well they did not need other than my credit card details to close the deal and charge my account and accepted the “ship to” address without any ID papers. And now where I have not received the item they claim to have sent, they suddenly do need ID and proof of name and address. Why ???

I guess for 2 reasons: The first is to continue the bla bla bla without ever intending to send any item and the second is to misuse my ID for further fraud. I will not be surprised when we find Pixmania is behind much of the credit card fraud happening on the net today !!!!!

And a further proof of their intentions to never deliver the item: I have filled in the claim form as asked and I have sent it to the mail address as demanded, only to receive en new mail asking me to send the claim form. In fact I get the same mail whenever I complain. Even when the complaint was about the missing reaction to the mail with the filled in claim form.

As I said before Pixmania is nothing than a bunch of robbers and thieves and plain crooks. So to those honest employees working there (if any) I suggest you quit your job as soon as possible. You risk being jailed for complicity once the police have substantial evidence of the fraud going on in Pixmania !!!

And I for one, will notify the police, in Denmark and in France, of the fraud I have been exposed to !!!
