Prescription items? No Problem. Fast friendly and easy service.
Getting flea treatment with a prescription can be a bit of a bother, but this was made as easy as possible. Total cost was half of buying it from the Vet directly.Fully UK registered pharmacy, I checked!

No tracking details.
Told parcel was to be delivered on 3 weekdays running and did not turn up until after weekend.
Very expensive premium number for contact
No response to online complaint.
Now avoid anyone who uses them.

2 Week Wait For Prescription Cat Food
Have used them before and they are cheap but slow. This time took 2 weeks for order to arrive. Delivery is now by Yodel and is hopeless. Told that order out for delivery 3 times but did not arrive. Took the trouble to write to MD, Mark Berriman but received email reply from customer services. To add insult to injury still haven't received paltry £10 refund promised. Have spent over £700 with this company. Avoid!
