Very friendly and helpful with quick delivery
Had to call up before ordering with a query, all very helpful although it was only a very small order value. Item arrived well packed and was dispatched same day 1st class. I would recommend and will be ordering again no doubt.

Excellent in every way
First time I have used Mazuma but the whole experience was as the title says. Received the prepaid bag and label in first class post, sent the phones off the next day and got the money in my bank account the day after. No quibble got the expected amount despite a couple of the phones having a bit of usual small damage (nothing major though chips in cases etc)
Emails with updates all the way through, highly recommended.

Reliable and great communication
Used twice now, both times great, even got two calls when their was a small issue with confirming the tyres were at the garage to get fitted. Called back the morning of fitting as promised. all very good, would recommend.
