My order was for an Identiti2 bi-fold shower door. My initial order was made via telephone and I was disappointed that I was not kept informed that an error had occured and the order could not be processed. After 1 week of silence I contected Bella Bathrooms and they informed me that I would have to start again via the internet. The money had however been taken so they had to issue a refund which was not immediate. Thankfully I was not in too much of a hurry. I re-ordered on-line and the door arrived with no fuss - the delivery driver even went out of his way to help me shift the door. I would use Bell Bathrooms again but I would always deal with them on-line.
I requested delivery around lunch time as I am in full time employment. I was informed that the driver would call me 30 minutes prior to delivery. This was not the case and I had an irate driver call to ask where I was as he was outside my property. I had to rush out of work and get home ASAP. This is not good enough service and Plumbworld should offer a 1 hour time frame and better still deliveries after 5 in the evening. More flexibility in delivery please.
