Trying to take payment for domains that have been transferred away!
Taking payment for hosting on a domain that was transferred away!
Are not endearing to customer service. Foreign chat agents with poor english irritate.
Years ago 123-Reg was a simple cost effective provider now you have to watchful or where next they are going to try and take money from where they shouldn't. Control Panel is hopelessly outdated / cumbersome.
I shall be transferring the remaining domains I have with them at the earliest opportunity so save yourself a load of hassle and go elsewhere.
Took several days to acknowledge order, then said it was sent, then wrote to say as damaged had been returned by couriers and would be sent out again another 7 days later!!
Wrote asking to cancel order and refund and not heard from since.
Generally poor and now filing of a Paypal dispute as goods not rec'd.
