Abysmal
Just had a parcel returned to sender by Yodel for failed delivery, this despite the fact I have been in all week and there has been no attempt to deliver to me, it is not the first time either the courier often tries to leave the parcel round the corner at the wrong address and several times I have collected it from there when left in out house, but this delivery required a signature so just taken away. According to tracking it's still being delivered but supplier has received it back again! Useless

Just had to search for a delivery marked as delivered on their tracking system, delivered to porch despite signature required, not in my porch but in the porch of the same number in the next street, fortunately not the first time for them so I had an idea where to look, Why Amazon still use them I have no idea, they must be cheap for them, bvut they are cheap for a reason, they are rubbish
